4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@startij123prints.online for a replacement or full refund.

6. Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain electronics and furniture items that have been opened or are not in original condition.
